We love our customers. Due to the delicate nature of the product we do not accept returns, except for our tea towels and silk scarfs.
The tea towels and silk scarfs must be in original unused condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return/refund.
The customer is responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs. Returns and exchanges of tea towels and scarfs must be made within 14 days of receiving the original purchase.
If there is an issue with your order that is not a tea towel or scarf please contact us directly and we will happily resolve it on a case by case basis.
